Shane Sparkes, PhD in Biostatistics, MSW

Dr. Sparkes is the only clinical social worker in the world with a doctorate in biostatistics. He has over twelve years of experience in behavioral health service provision, administration, and program evaluation. Additionally, he is known for innovative causal inference methodologies for messy, small-sample observational research designs and the invention of the only bootstrap procedure (the ‘Almost Sure’ bootstrap) appropriate for continuous quality improvement analyses at arbitrary points. His passion is to use his unique professional repertoire to empower service providers and organizations to realize their vision.

Adiba Ali, B.S. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering

Mrs. Adiba Ali translates thirteen years of experience as a propulsion development engineer in aerospace into actionable insights and deliverables for our clients. She is a project management expert specializing in efficient, detailed, and fast-paced processes, cross-functional coordination, and technical oversight. Regulatory bodies require a measurable realization of key programmatic features, policies, and procedures. Mrs. Ali has successfully managed business production processes with high-dimensional, time-sensitive products in coordination with regulatory stakeholders for over a decade. She brings this industrial acumen to Wolf & Noble.
